Life Balance Adjustments located in Watsonia/Greensborough, is a multi-discipline clinic offering treatments including gentle Chiropractor adjustments, Dry Needling and Cupping. We specialise in maximising your family’s health with a range of services to suit your needs. We use low force, gentle Chiro adjustments suitable for your entire family. We even have a chiro table in the shape of a horse for the kids!

At Life Balance Adjustments our approach is wholistic, looking at the body as a whole, rather than the sum of its individual parts. We address your physical symptom presentation, stress levels, nutritional health, ergonomics and posture as well.

We have a large number of modalities at our disposal, to ensure that your unique presentation is treated with the most effective therapy available. This will ensure the quickest route back to optimal health and we will work towards the most efficient outcome, ensuring that your health goals are always paramount.

Chiropractic Care

Here at Life Balance Adjustments we only use gentle, low force treatments and adjustments using an activator and drop piece table. Very rarely is manual manipulation used. We treat all areas including back, neck, hip, knee, ankle, feet and orthotics, shoulders, elbows, ribs and even toes and fingers!

Dry Needling & Cupping

Dry Needling is a technique that assists to release trigger points in the muscles which encourages the release of lactic acid, returning the muscle and surrounding joints to normal function. Cupping is extremely beneficial to increase blood flow and break up muscular adhesions. These modalities can be used individually or in conjunction with each other.

Soft Tissue Ultrasound

Soft Tissue Therapy involves any treatment, including therapeutic ultrasound, that works on the muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissue for the purpose of improving blood flow and eliminating lactic acid, the waste product of muscle movement.

Naturopath

Treating a wide range of health issues incorporating herbal medicine, homeopathy, nutrition, flower essences, iridology, diet and lifestyle advice, massage, healing and counselling.

Neurological Integration System (NIS)

The Neurological Integration System uses muscle testing to diagnose the areas that aren’t functioning properly within your body. A large number of things are tested using the NIS method, but the most common problem area for most clients is the lasting ill effects of a previous infection, be it a bacterial, viral, fungal or protozoan invasion, leaving that organ and system sluggish and less effective. The NIS treatment brings these issues to the forefront, and encourages the body to heal fully and completely. Given this system deals with all of the organs within your body, it is amazing how an NIS treatment can assist with so many different symptoms and have you feeling so much more energetic and healthier in such a short period of time.

Pregnancy and Newborns

Dr. Kez is a trained midwife and a Chiropractor. Chiropractic care can assist in getting the body ready for the childbirth process which, in itself, can be a distressing experience for both mum and bub.
